Ghost Mode, Panic and disappearing-message features are tools for privacy and control. They do not guarantee that information can never be recovered, intercepted or traced under all circumstances.
EON aims to provide reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.
The app may be updated to improve security, reliability, compatibility or functionality.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Access may be limited or terminated in cases of serious abuse, security risk or violation of these terms, where legally permitted.
During the test phase, public contact details are not displayed. The official support and legal channel will be published with the public release.
